Where Technology Meets Human Potential

The IIT Lab develops AI and interactive systems that transform health, education, and communication. Funded by the Research, Development, and Innovation Authority (RDIA), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

About the Lab

AI and HCI Research for Health, Education, and Communication

The Innovation and Interaction Technology (IIT) Lab is an interdisciplinary research hub at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University. Supported by RDIA, we develop and commercialize transformative technologies in artificial intelligence and human-computer interaction. We address key societal challenges in health, education, and communication by bringing together science, engineering, and design.

We work closely with academic, industry, and community partners to bring our research into real-world practice.

Our Vision

To shape a future where innovative technology and AI seamlessly enhance human well-being, education, and communication. We believe technology should work for everyone.

Our Mission

We build AI and interactive systems that solve real problems in health, education, and communication, and we share what we learn through research, teaching, and collaboration.
